In 2023, NIGHTSPEED! evolved from an idea into a small love brand focused on JDM culture, sustainable apparel, car accessories and stickers.

 

Originally launched in 2013 as a social media outlet for a very particular obsession with Japanese cars, it has quietly matured into a lifestyle label with personality.

CONCEPT

The strategic goal was to sharpen the brand identity so that it works as coherently on merchandise as it does online. The wordmark and flexible visual system reflect subcultural nuance, without resorting to clichés.

CONVERSION

Additional deliverables included print and stickers, clothing and accessories. The visual language balances Japanese design aesthetics and vintage character elements to detail, presented with the kind of understated confidence that doesn’t necessarily shout motor driven vehicle in your face.
